老年性踝关节骨性关节炎的外科干预 被引量：2

摘要 骨性关节炎（osteoarthritis,OA）是一种退行性疾病,其主要表现为关节软骨的退变损伤、关节边缘以及软骨下骨的反应性增生,临床上又称为老年性关节炎、退行性关节炎、肥大性关节炎等。根据有无全身或局部的致病因素,可将骨性关节炎分为原发性和继发性2大类。其中原发性骨性关节炎病因尚不完全清楚,可能与老龄、女性、肥胖、职业性过度使用等因素有关。继发性骨性关节炎可由于创伤、炎症、代谢异常、
