摘要
上海自贸区成立后,苏南经济区将面临"人才资源"的国际化竞争,传统人才服务业已无法满足当前经济发展的需求,将供应链管理模式应用于人才服务管理是目前国际较新且流行的理念。研究依据Peter Cappelli(2008)人才供应链管理模式,结合苏南五市相关经济指标,构建了苏南地区的人才供应链管理评价体系——人才储备系统、人才供给系统及人才管理系统。经计算,得到苏南五市人才供应链管理发展水平由高到低依次为"南京-苏州-无锡-常州-镇江",并分析了各市在人才供应链管理水平上的优劣势。
After Shanghai Free Trade Area being found, the south of Jiangsu had faced to the fierce international talent competition, the traditional talent service couldn't meet the demands of economic development now. It is a new and popular idea about the talent management and service by the model of supply chain. The research according to Peter Cappelli (2008) whose model is talent-supply chain management combines with the economic evaluation of five cities from South Jiangsu, and construction the evaluation system of talent-supply chain management which be made up of talent pool, talent supply and talent management. By our calculating, the research gets results about the development of talent-supply chain management in the five cities which ranks as "Nanjin- Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou-Zhengjiang". At last, we analyze the advantages and weaknesses about their leaves of the talent management.
