A conflict exists between judicial professionalism and political jurisprudence on the topic of appointing president of court. Judicial professionalism insists the terms of judicial technologies while political jurisprudence insists the political nature. Under the present China＇s legal system, the conflict is expressed by the deploying of intellectual type. Based on various considerations, political nature and judicial technologies in personnel design differentially correspond on the president and vice president of court and different levels which manifests a setting of compounded double structure.
