高职院校教学质量监控体系的探索与思考——以青岛职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 高职院校内部教学质量监控体系的建设和推进,是近几年来高职教育研究的重要内容,对其现状和问题进行分析,重新探索和设计教学质量监控体系是当务之急。其体系框架应由监控组织系统、督导评估系统、信息反馈系统和保障支持系统组成,各子系统分别设置具体内容、运转模式和方法措施等。建议通过对教学过程关键点的质量控制,采取循环闭合运行机制,使各子系统相互独立又相互依存,和谐运转,从而保障和促进整体教学质量的提高。 The construction and promotion of the internal teaching quality supervision system in higher vocational colleges has been an important content of higher vocational education research in re cent years. Analyzing the status and problems and replanning and redesigning the teaching quality su- pervision system are the top priority. The systematic framework should be composed by supervision organization system, supervision evaluation system, information feedback system and security support system, in which the subsystems should have specific content, operation models and measures sepa- rately. It is suggested that the closed circular mechanism based on the quality control in the key points of teaching process should be adopted to make the subsystems operate harmoniously with mutual inde pendence and interdependence so as to guarantee and promote the teaching quality.
