摘要
学生学习动机的形成与教师的教学设计和评价有着密切的关系。基于对高职学生学习动机不足原因的分析,借鉴期望理论提出解决这一问题的途径,并以机电类专业为例,在教学设计、教学实施和教学评价层面提出具体的动机激发策略。
The learning motivation formation of students is much related with the teaching design and evaluation of teachers. Based on the analysis on the reasons of insufficient learning motivation of the higher vocational students, this paper uses Expectancy Theory for reference to put forward the ways to solve the problem. And it takes the electromechanical major as an example to put forward the specific motivation inspiring strategies in teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.
