单眼弱视者的空间视觉缺损及其与弱视程度的关系 被引量:2

THE SPACE OF MONOCULAR AMBLYOPE VISUAL DEFECT AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DEGREE OF AMBLYOPIA

摘要 目的探讨单眼弱视者的空间视觉缺损及其与弱视程度的关系。方法选择2012年6月—2014年12月该院眼科诊治的单眼弱视患者222例为研究对象,采用ETDRS数字视力表和OptecR6500视功能检查仪检查其弱视眼和非弱视眼的视锐度和对比敏感度函数,通过分析AULCSF、Smax、Frmax和CutSF等指标分析单眼弱视者的空间视觉缺损特点及其余弱视程度的关系。结果单眼弱视者弱视程度与双眼对比敏感度AULCSF差值表现出负相关的关系(r值为-0.83,P<0.01),弱视眼视锐度与AULCSF、Smax、Frmax、CutSF表现出负相关的关系(r值分别为-0.68、-0.73、-0.56和-0.80,P均<0.05);不同弱视程度者的视锐度、AULCSF、Smax、Frmax、CutSF比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);轻度弱视者的弱视眼与非弱视眼Smax和CutSF差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度、重度弱视者弱视眼与非弱视眼AULCSF、Smax、Frmax、CutSF差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同弱视程度者弱视眼各空间频率下对比敏感度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论单眼弱视者随着弱视程度加重,弱视眼空间视觉功能逐渐减退,视觉系统高频端分辨率逐渐减弱,最佳对比度识别能力逐渐降低,最适空间频率向低空间偏移。 Objective To explore the monocular amhlyope space visual defect and its relationship with the degree of amblyopia. Methods Totally 222 cases of monocular amblyopia patients were selected as the research subjects from June 2012 to December 2014 in author's hospital. The ETDRS digital chart and OptecR6500 visual function tester were employed to check the amblyopia eyes and non amblyopia eyes visu- al sharpness and contrast sensitivity function, and then the monocular amblyope space such as visual defect characteristics and the relationship between the degree of amblyopia were analyzed through AULCSF, Smax, Frmax and CutSF. Results Monocular amblyope degree of amblyopia and binocular contrast sensitivity AULCSF difference showed a negative correlation relationship (r = - 0.83, P〈0.01), the eye visual sharpness and AULCSF, Smax, Frmax, CutSF showed a negative correlation relationship (r = - 0.68, - 0.73, - 0. 56 and - 0. 80, P〈 0. 05); Different socioeconomic status of amblyopia visual sharpness, AULCSF, Smax, Frmax, CutSF comparison difference had significant statistical significance (P〈0.01) ; Slightly reduced vision of the eye and the eye Smax and CutSF was statistically significdnt ( P〈 0. 05) ; Moderate and severe amblyope amblyopia eyes with amblyopia eyes AULCSF,Smax, Frmax, CutSF differences were obvious statistical significance(P〈0.01) ; Under different amblyopia socioeconomic status the eye the spatial frequency contrast sensitivity difference had very obvious statistical significance(P〈0. 01). Conclusions Monocular reduced vision as the extent of amblyopia is aggravating, amblyopia eyes visual function space gradually decreases, the visual system high frequency resolution is waning, best contrast recognition gradually is reduced, the optimal spatial frequency offset the lower space.
