摘要
目的 探讨带线锚钉技术治疗尺骨鹰嘴撕脱骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2008年3月-2014年8月该院收治尺骨鹰嘴撕脱骨折患者31例,男23例,女8例;年龄23~65岁,平均39.5岁。左侧10例,右侧21例。所有骨折均为闭合性骨折。骨折类型按根据Colton分型均为ⅡA型。采用带线锚钉技术缝合固定尺骨鹰嘴撕脱骨折。术后随访X线片评价骨折愈合情况,6个月采用Mayo肘关节功能评分标准进行疗效评定,并与健侧对比。结果 所有31例均获得随访,随访时间6~12个月,平均9个月。术后X线片均达到骨性愈合,愈合时间8~10周,平均7周。未出现骨折不愈合、骨折块吸收、异位骨化、切口感染及尺神经损伤等并发症。术后6个月按照Mayo肘关节功能评分标准进行疗效评定:优24例,良4例,可3例,优良率为90.3%。结论 对尺骨鹰嘴撕脱骨折采用带线锚钉技术治疗固定,操作简便,并发症少,可取得满意肘关节功能。
Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of suture anchor in treating olecranal avulsion frac- ture. Methods From March 2008 to August 2014, 31 cases of olecranon avulsion fracture patients, 23 males and 8 females, aged 23-65 years, mean 39.5 years, were selected as research subjects. All fractures were closed fracture, among them the left elbow was involved in 10 cases and the right side in 21 cases. According to Colton's classication criteria, all cases were elassied as type Ⅱ A, and treated with suture anchors. X - ray examination was performed to observe fracture healing and Morrey's elbow performance score was to assess the effect after 6 months. Results All 31 cases were followed up for 6~12 months, an average of 9 months. All fractures healed after 8~10 weeks (mean,7 weeks). All the cases obtained heal- ing of incision by first intention, without complications occurred such as nonunion, bone block absorption, heterotopic ossification,infection and ulnar nerve injury. After 6 months, according to Morrey's elbow per- formance score, the results were excellent in 24 cases, good in 4 cases, and fair in 3 cases. Conclusion The suture anchor has good clinical outcome in treatment of olecranal avulsion fracture, which has advantages of simple operation, less complication, and satisfactory elbow function.
