糖尿病性视网膜病变患者自我管理能力及影响因素

THE ANALYSIS OF SELF-MANAGEMENT ABILITY AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

目的探讨眼部手术期糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)患者的自我管理能力及影响因素,为临床治疗护理提供依据。方法采用成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)对2013年4—11月在唐山市眼科医院糖网病区住院治疗的409例眼部手术期DR患者进行现场问卷调查。结果单因素分析显示:眼部手术期DR患者的自我管理能力与居住地、文化程度、人均收入、视力情况、饮食的多样性、运动情况、家庭功能、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、饮食的规律性有关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic回归方程显示:运动情况、家庭功能、饮食的多样性与眼部手术期糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的自我管理能力有关。结论应重视眼部手术期DR患者的运动情况、家庭功能、饮食的多样性的改善,提高DR患者的自我管理水平。

Objective To explore the self- management ability and influencing factors in patients with diabetic retinopathy （DR） during operation, and to provide the support for its clinical care. Methods Adult health self management ability assessment scale （AHSMSRS） was used to investigate the 409 patients with diabetic retinopathy （DR） during operation from April 2013 to November 2013 treated in ahthor＇s hospital. Result Selfmanagement ability was associated with residence, educational level, per capita income, eyesight, dietary diversity, exercise, family function, glycosylated hemoglobin, dietary regularity, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that self- management ability was associated with exercise, family function, dietary diversity, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion To improve the self- management level in patients with DR, more attention should be paid to exercise, family function and diet regularity improvement.
