心理护理对神经外科围术期患者应激反应的影响

INFLUENCE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL NURSING ON STRESS REACTION IN PERIOPERATIVE PATIENTS WITH NEUROSURGERY

目的探讨心理护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果,为临床护理工作提供参考。方法选择82例收治于神经外科的手术患者,采用随机分组的方法将观察对象分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对观察组应用松弛训练,矫正认知等方法有针对性的实施心理护理,对照组只做常规的手术护理,不做任何的心理干预措施。通过对患者术前术中术后心率血压的变化情况进行观察比较。结果观察组患者围术期的心率血压较对照组明显稳定。由于研究结果 P<0.05,提示心理护理对围术期应激反应有作用。结论心理护理对患者围术期患者的应激反应有缓解作用,使患者能以良好的心态面对手术,有利于手术顺利进行,对患者的康复具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in operation room nursing work, and provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods Totally 82 cases of surgical patients were treated in the Department of Neurosurgery, the subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 41 eases. The observation group received relaxation training, cognitive correction of psychological nursing, the control group was only given surgery nursing routine, didn＇t do any psychological intervention measures. The changes of heart rate and blood pressure in patients with preoperative and postoperative were observed and compared. Results The heart rate and blood pressure in the observation of patients with perioperative group were obviously stability than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）, it was suggested that psychological nursing played an important role in perioperative stress response. Conclusion Psychological nursing care of patients with perioperative stress reaction of patients can play an alleviative effects, so that patients can with good state of mind to face surgery, is conducive to the operation smoothly, has positive clinical significance in the patients with rehabilitation.
