在京津冀协同发展背景下基本公共卫生服务支付方式改革探索——以冀地区H市为例

THE PRACTICE EXPLORATION OF PAYMENT SYSTEM REVOLUSION OF THE PRIMARY MEDEICAL CARE IN A CITY BASED ON THE COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF BEIJING-TIANJIN-HEBEI

文章在京津冀协同发展的大背景下,以冀地区H市实行基本公共卫生服务支付方式改革经验为例,提出了在推进基本公共卫生服务项目支付方式改革过程中应考虑到的几项配套改革以及在改革过程中应注意的问题,确保在提高资金使用效益的同时使城乡居民公平享有安全、有效的基本公共卫生服务,为京津冀协同发展提供健康保障。

Under the coordinated development of beijing- tianjin- hebei, the basic public health services payment reform experience of a city in Hehei province was selected as a model example. It mentioned several important supporting schemes and some value advices in the prosess of payment system reform of the primary medeical care, in order to improve the efficiency of the financial funds and make Urban and rural residents received the fair service.
