中药扶正化瘀法薰洗治疗糖尿病下肢动脉血管病的效果观察

To Observe the Traditional Chinese Medicine Fuzhenghuayu Method Fumigation in Treating Diabetic Lower Extremity Arterial Disease Effect

目的针对患有下肢动脉血管病变的糖尿病患者的治疗方法中行以中药扶正化瘀治疗方法在临床当中的效果进行探究,同时立足于中医的知识理论以及当代的医学理论对其作用机制进行讨论。方法随机选取该院于2010年2月—2015年2月期间收治的患有下肢动脉血管病变的糖尿病患者50例,按照随机的方式分成参照组和实验组两组,每组25例。对参照组行以常规化的糖尿病治疗方法,即健康教育、调节饮食、适量运动以及口服药物或者是胰岛素注射;针对实验组则在参照组的治疗方法的基础上加以中药扶正化瘀治疗法,即中药熏洗法。在治疗周期结束之后,对两组患者的治疗效果以及生理指标进行观察和记录。结果实验组和参照组的患者分别进行治疗之后,实验组的治疗效果和生理指标明显要好于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在患有下肢动脉血管病变的糖尿病患者的治疗方法中行以中药扶正化瘀治疗方法,在临床当中具有非常理想的效果,因此值得在临床当中进行推广。

Objective Forthose with the rows in the treatment of lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients to Fuzheng Huayu treatment effect in clinical research. At the same time, based on knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern medical theory the mechanism arediscussed. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital in February 2010 to 2015 2 months in our hospital during the period of 50 patients with lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients, according to randomly divided into reference group and the experimental group, 25 cases in each group. The reference group to conventional treatments for diabetes, namely health education, regulation of diet, moderate exercise and oral drugs or insulin injection; in the experimental group is in reference to be Fuzheng Huayu therapy group treatment method based on, namely Chinese herbal fumigation and washing. After the end of the treatment cycle, the therapeutic effect and physiological index of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results After treatment with the experimental group and the reference group, the therapeutic effect and physiological index of the experimental group were significantly better than the reference group, P〈 0.05, and it was statistically significant. Conclusion In patients with rows in the treatment of lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients with Fuzheng Huayu treatment. In clinic is very ideal effect. Therefore, it is worthinclinicalpromotion.
