糖尿病患者合并感染的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Coinfection of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨分析糖尿病合并感染的相关因素,总结糖尿病合并感染的治疗效果以及相关治疗经验。方法选取该院2009年1月—2015年3月糖尿病合并感染的患者60例进行临床分析,其中,皮肤感染有4例,呼吸道感染有24例,胆道感染6例,胰腺炎2例,肝脓肿2例,糖尿病病足有4例,泌尿系统感染有19例,其中1例为肺部感染伴糖尿病足双重感染。在为糖尿病合并重症感染的患者控制血糖的同时,对感染进行治疗。结果 60例患者经积极治疗有58例治愈出院,1例自动出院,1例肺部感染伴糖尿病足双重感染(有慢性肺源性心脏病)患者死亡。结论糖尿病合并感染以及呼吸系统感染和泌尿系统感染最为多见,且症状多不典型,糖尿病合并感染的发生及治疗效果与糖尿病患者的年龄、血糖控制水平、病程、糖尿病慢性并发症及有无基础疾病等因素相关。

Objective To analyze the related factors of diabetes coinfection, and summarize the treatment effect and related treatment experience for diabetes coinfection. Methods To select the 60 cases, inpatients with diabetes coinfection accept-ed by the hospital from January 2009 to March 2015, and to make clinical analysis, in which the skin infections were 4 cas-es, respiratory tract infections 24 cases, biliary tract infections 6 cases, pancreatitis 2 cases, liver abscess 2 cases, diabetic foot 4 cases, urinary tract infections 19 cases, and of which 1 double infection with pulmonary infection and diabetic foot. Treat the infections while controlling blood glucose for diabetic patients with severe infection. Results Among the 60 pa-tients, with active treatment, 58 patients were cured, 1 patients was automatically discharged, 1 patients of double infection with pulmonary infection and diabetic foot （suffering from chronic pulmonary heart disease） was died. Conclusion In dia-betes coinfection, both respiratory infections and urinary tract infection are most common, which with lots symptoms but not typical. The occurrence and treatment effect to diabetes coinfection are related to factors in patients＇ age, blood glucose control level, course of disease, chronic complications of diabetes, and whether having underlying disease.
