临床护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的效果分析

Effect of Clinical Nursing Intervention on Patients with Pregnancy Compli-cated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨和分析对妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇的临床有效护理方法。方法运用2012年1月—2014年1月,该院确诊并收治的90例妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇作为探讨分析对象,按随机的方式将其分成观察组和对照组。给予对照组一般的常规护理,对观察组给予综合性护理,之后对两组患者的治疗效果与护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为91.1%(41/45),护理满意率为97.8%(44/45),对照组患者的治疗有效率为77.8%(35/45),护理满意率为84.4%(38/45),该两组患者的治疗有效率和护理满意率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇的孕期和分娩期,以及产褥期提供综合性护理干预,能有效稳定患者血糖。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effective nursing method for pregnant women with gestational di-abetes mellitus. Methods From January 2014 to January 2012, 90 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes melli-tus were treated as the analysis object, and divided them into observation group and control group randomly. The control group was given the conventional nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive care, the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group of patients with treatment effective rate was 91.1%（41/45） and nursing satisfaction rate was 97.8%（44/45）, control group of patients with treatment effective rate was 77.8% （35/ 45） and nursing satisfaction rate is 84.4% （38/ 45）, the two groups of patients with effective rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction rate comparison, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）, there is a statistically significant. Conclusion The pregnancy of pregnant women with diabetes during pregnancy and childbirth, and the puerperium provides comprehensive nursing intervention and blood glucose in patients with stable and effective, thus the patient＇s treatment and nursing satisfaction increased obviously.
