中西医结合在社区糖尿病患者健康教育中的实践与体会

Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Practice and Ex-perience of Community Health Education for Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨中西医结合健康教育实践对社区卫生服务站管理糖尿病患者的效果。方法将112例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例。对照组采用传统宣教方法进行健康宣教。观察组采用中西医结合健康教育方法进行干预。评价两组患者接受中西医结合的健康教育后的各项能力及对社区卫生团队服务质量的满意率。结果观察组在自我管理能力、相关知识及对服务满意度调查等方向优于对照组。结论中西医结合健康教育方法提高了糖尿病患者的认知能力和自我管理能力。提高了健康教育的效果。

Objective Discussing the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine in community health service station management with diabetes health education practice effect. Methods 112 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n = 56）. The control group was used to health education by the traditional education method. The observation group adopted to the health education methods of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. Two groups of patients were evaluated about all kinds of ability and the satisfaction of community health service quality team after health education program of combination of Chinese and western medicine. Results The observation group was better than the control group in the self-management ability, knowledge and service satisfaction survey direction. Con-clusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine health education method to improve the cognitive ability of the patients with diabetes and self-management ability, and aslo improve the effect of health education.
