置管引流治疗糖尿病合并肝脓肿的临床护理分析

Analysis of the Clinical Nursing for Diabetes Complicated by Liver Abscess with Catheter Drainage

目的探讨置管引流治疗糖尿病合并肝脓肿的临床护理效果。方法选择2010年1月—2015年1月该院接收的糖尿病合并肝脓肿患者80例,将其随机分为两组:对照组和实验组,每组各40例,对照组在置管引流期间接受常规护理,而实验组接受科学全面护理干预,对比分析两组患者的舒适评分、疼痛评分以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者舒适评分为(8.49±2.37)分,显著优于对照组(5.36±2.01)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者疼痛评分为(4.22±1.18)分,明显低于对照组(7.13±2.05)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者对护理满意度为95.00%,对照组患者满意度为67.50%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并肝脓肿患者在行置管引流期间接受科学全面的护理可以提高患者的舒适程度和护理满意度,减轻患者疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of catheter drainage on diabetes complicated by liver abscess with catheter drainage. Methods 80 cases with diabetes complicated by liver abscess admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group with 40 cases in each. During the period of catheter drainage, the control group was treated by the conventional nursing, and the experimen-tal group was given scientific and comprehensive nursing intervention. And the Bruggemann Comfort Scale （BCS）, Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The BCS in the experimental group were much higher than those in the control group [（8.49±2.37） points vs （5.36±2.01） points], the difference was statis-tically significant （P〈0.05）. The VAS in the experimental group were much lower than those in the control group[（4.22±1.18） points vs （7.13±2.05）points] with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the experi-mental group had higher nursing satisfaction （95.00% vs 67.50%） with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion For diabetes complicated by hepatic abscess during the period of catheter drainage, scientific and comprehensive nurs-ing can improve the degree of comfort and nursing satisfaction, alleviate the pain, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
