甲状腺激素与糖尿病病情及程度的相关性研究

Correlation Between Thyroid Hormone and Diabetes Severity and Degree

目的分析研究甲状腺激素与糖尿病病情及程度的相关性。方法将自2013年3月—2014年3月期间在该院诊断治疗的30例糖尿病患者设置为糖尿病组,测定患者的血清空腹血糖、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状腺素(TT4)以及三碘甲腺原氨酸(TT3)水平。并且将30例健康体检者设定为正常对照组,进一步探究甲状腺激素与糖尿病病情及程度的相关性,为糖尿病患者的临床治疗提供参考。结果两组患者甲状腺素(TT4)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者血清空腹血糖、促甲状腺激素(TSH)以及三碘甲腺原氨酸(TT3)水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺激素与糖尿病病情及程度呈正相关关系,即:甲状腺激素下降,糖尿病患者的患病程度越轻,病情较容易控制。

Objective To analyze the correlation between thyroid hormone and the severity of diabetes. Methods From March 2013 to March 2014 period in the hospital diagnosis and treatment of 30 cases of diabetic patients set as the diabetic group were patients serum fasting blood glucose, thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH）, thyroxine （TT4） and three iodine thyroid orig-inal ammonia acid （TT3） level. And 30 cases of healthy persons as normal control group, to further explore the correlation between thyroid hormone and diabetes and the degree of diabetes, to provide a reference for clinical treatment of diabetic patients. Results Two groups of patients with thyroxine （TT4） no significant difference（P〉0.05）, with no statistical significance;two groups of patients with serum fasting blood glucose, promote thyroid hormone （TSH） and three iodine thyroid original ammonia acid （TT3） levels were significantly （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Thyroid hormone and the degree of disease and the extent of the positive correlation, namely： thyroid hormone decreased, diabetes patients, the more light, the disease is easier to control.
