妇科疾病合并糖尿病的围手术期治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Perioperative Treatment for Gynecological Diseases with Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察妇科疾病同时合并有糖尿病病人在围手术期进行治疗的临床疗效。方法所有纳入该研究的患者于2014年1月—2015年2月于该院妇科就诊,共66例,观察组为妇科疾病同时合并有糖尿病的病人34例,对照组为同时期于该院就诊的妇科疾病患者32例,但其不合并糖尿病,观察两组病人治疗后的疗效。结果观察组患者下肢静脉血栓、切口感染及住院天数与对照组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于患者妇科疾病同时合并有糖尿病病人的治疗,在给予手术前需严格控制好其血糖,当术前的血糖水平达标后,才对其进行手术,同时在给予手术时要严密监测其血糖水平,待手术完毕后后要严格观测病人血糖水平,应用抗生素以预防患者发生伤口感染,从而保证妇科疾病合并糖尿病患者的手术效果和提高安全性,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with dia-betes at the same time. Methods All included patients of this study in January 2014 to 2015 February in the gynecology clinic of our hospital, all 66 cases, observation group for gynecological diseases and diabetes mellitus patients in 34 cases and control group in the same period in our hospital patients in 32 cases with gynecologic diseases, but it was not associat-ed with diabetes, the effect of treatment in the two groups were observed after. Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with gynecological diseases com-bined with treatment of diabetic patients, in given before surgery to strictly control their blood sugar, when preoperative blood glucose levels are reached, the surgery, at the same time in the given operation to closely monitor their blood glucose levels, until after the operation is finished, to strictly observe the patient＇s blood sugar level, the application of antibiotics to prevent wound infection happened in patients, so as to ensure the operation effect of gynecological patients with diabetes mellitus and improve the security, it is worth promotion and application in clinical.
