中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并妊娠的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Diabetes Combined with Pregnancy by Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗妊娠糖尿病患者的效果。方法选取2013年2月—2014年2月收治于该院的76例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组两组,每组各38例,对照组采取西医规范化治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用补肾安胎饮联合保阴煎治疗,对比治疗后两组患者妊娠结局。结果两组患者血糖均得到有效控制,治疗后较治疗前血糖水平均有显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。无1例患者发生其他严重并发症,观察组患者妊娠结局的部分指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗妊娠糖尿病,可有效控制血糖,改善母婴结局,防止妊娠其他严重并发症发生,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 76 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients as the re-search object from February 2013 to February 2014, according to random number table method divided into observation group and control group, each with 38 cases in each, control group was treated with western medicine standardized treat-ment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the treatment with Bushen tocolysis Yin combined with Bao Yin Decoction ＂in the treatment of, after treatment were compared two groups of patients with pregnancy outcome. Results Two groups of patients with blood glucose were controlled effectively, after treatment compared with the treatment of blood glucose water has on average decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, The blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and no other serious complications occurred in 1 patient observed group of patients pregnancy outcome of the index is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of gestational diabetes, can effectively control blood glucose, improve maternal and child outcomes, to prevent other serious complications of pregnancy, it is worth promoting the application.
