摘要
通过微通道反应器-分子蒸馏技术联用,实现快速、连续合成环戊酮氰醇。实验过程中考查了微通道反应器反应p H,反应温度、进料速度、进料方式以及分子蒸馏过程中蒸馏温度、蒸馏加料速度改变等因素对环戊酮氰醇收率、品质的影响。与传统合成工艺相比,不仅实现了连续化生产,而且极大的提高了工艺的安全性以及产品品质。
The paper is about rapid and continuous synthesis of Cyclopentanone cyanohydrin. The synthesis is realized in a mireo- channd reactor and molecular distillation reactor. In this paper, pH of feed solution, temperature of reaction and distillation, feed speed of raw material, methods of material feeding and other factors'influence to the yield and quality of cyclopentanone cyanohydrin were studied. Compared with the traditional synthesis process, the new process achieve serialization, and improve the safety of process and the quality of product.
