等离子体处理对杨木单板染色扩散的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索染色动态过程,研究了杨木单板等离子体处理前后在酸性艳蓝和活性艳红两种染料条件下单板染色过程的变化,运用染色热力学与动力学,分析了等离子体处理前后酸性艳蓝和活性艳红染色单板的上染率,并利用公式Ct/C∞=Mt/M∞分析染料扩散系数,利用公式ln Dt=ln D0-E/RT分析染料扩散活化能的变化。结果表明,对经过等离子体处理后的单板进行染色,可提高木材的上染率及上染速率,染料扩散系数可分别增加527.00%与147.25%,染料扩散活化能可分别降低2.61%与53.70%,更有利于染料的扩散。此外,通过研究单板染色扩散过程中的动态参数,为单板染色提供了一种新方法。 The dynamic dyeing processes of poplar veneer stained by acid blue or reactive brilliant red before and after plas- ma treatment were analyzed. The dyeing rates before and after plasma treatment was explored by using thermodynamics and kinetics of dyeing. The diffusion coefficient and diffusion activation energy were also analyzed. The results showed that plasma treatment improved both dyeing uptake and uptake rate. The diffusion coefficients were increased by 527.00% and 147.25%, respectively. Meanwhile, the diffusion activation energy of the dyes decreased by 2.61% and 53.70%, respec- tively, which is beneficial to the diffusion of the dyes. In addition, a new veneer dyeing method is provided by studying the dynamic parameters of veneer dyeing.
