摘要
以一种橡胶厚制品硫化时间的设定为例,验证了"气泡点法"所确定的最短硫化时间的可靠性。核磁共振(NMR)及差示扫描量热仪(DSC)的分析结果均表明,在"气泡点法"所确定的最短硫化时间下所生产的产品,各部位胶料的硫化程度均匀且硫化充分;产品实验表明,产品的刚度及粘接性能均良好。
As an example,the vulcanization time setting fbr a thick rubber product was studied, and the reliability of the shortest vulcanization time determined by the Bubble Point Method was verified. The results of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) showed that the products produced on the shortest vulcanization time determined by the Bubble Point Method were reassuring, the vulcanization degree of each part of the thick rubber product was uniform and completely, the stiffness and bonding properties of the products were good.
