科学技术和意识形态的关系问题是当代技术哲学争论的一个焦点,也是当代意识形态理论的一个重要问题。现代工业社会的发展,使技术更多地渗透到生活世界的每个角落,影响制约着生活世界,而意识形态的诸形式构成技术发展的社会精神环境,制约着对技术及其社会功能的理解,这就使得技术与意识形态的关系问题具有特别的意义。

The relationship between scientific technology and ideology has been the focus of debates of contemporary technological philosophy and it’s also an important issue of contemporary theory of ideology .The development of modern industrial society makes technology penetrate more into every corner of life world ,affecting and restraining the life world while various forms of ideology con-stitute the social spiritual environment of technological development ,restricting the understanding of technology and its social func-tion .This makes the relationship between technology and ideology have special significance .
