肺癌误诊肺脓肿14例临床及CT影像回顾分析及相关文献的学习 被引量：3

摘要 肺内局限结节、团块影并中央部出现液化、空洞,且伴有或不伴周围病灶的不典型肺癌与肺脓肿的影像表现酷似,一直是影像诊断的难题,笔者收集我院2012年1月-2014年6月资料完整、术前或CT引导穿刺前均首先考虑肺脓肿,经手术病理证实的肺癌患者14例,进行回顾性分析,探讨误诊的原因,以提高对其的认识及诊断正确率。资料与方法 1.一般资料本组患者14例,男12例,女2例,年龄≤40岁2例（14%）,
