摘要
分析了焦罐底闸门限位信号传动装置的故障原因,提出了改进措施。改进后的传动装置消除了传动杆受到的水平分力,减小了摩擦阻力,提高了设备运行的可靠性。
This paper proposes the improvement methods based on analysis of the causes for malfunc- tion of limit signal transmission device for coke bucket gate. The improved transmission device has removed the horizontal component force on the transmission rod and reduced frictional resistance, and the operational reliability of the device has been improved.
