氨水喷头改造新技术

New technology for modifying ammonia liquor spray nozzle

通过改造氨水喷头长度、出口直径、喷洒角度、喷洒压力,解决了氨水喷洒时雾化程度低、平煤时冒烟等问题。采用新喷头后,将氨水喷头处的压力由3.5MPa降低为2.5MPa,年创经济效益约120万元。

This paper has made attempts to successfully solve the problem of low spray atomization of ammonia liquor and smoke emission during coal leveling through modifying the length, outlet diameter, spray angle and spray pressure of the ammonia liquor spray nozzle. After applying the new nozzle, the pressure at the spray nozzle has been reduced from 3.5 MPa to 2.5 MPa, which has created annual economic benefit of 1.2 million yuan.
