摘要
通过对RSS、BLOG、IM、SNS、TAG、Ajax、Wiki等Web2.0相关技术在高校图书馆信息服务中应用的阐述,引发了对探讨基于用户反馈的高校图书馆Web2.0信息服务进行评价的必要性,由此提出了高校图书馆Web2.0信息服务评价模型,并构建了基于用户使用评价的高校图书馆Web2.0信息服务评价指标体系。
Through the elaboration of RSS, BLOG, IM, SNS, TAG, Ajax, Wiki and other web2.0 related technology applications in university library＇s information service, this paper discussed the necessity of evaluating the web2.0 information service of university library based on users＇ feedback, and then proposed the web2.0 information service evaluation model of university library and constructed the evaluation index system based on users＇ evaluation.
