摘要
十几年前,清华大学图书馆在国内率先实行学科馆员制度,正式把国外的先进管理制度引入国内。在网络资源迅猛发展的今天,图书馆学科馆员的服务方式面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。图书馆的学科馆员应充分利用网络的新工具和图书馆权威优质资源,为读者提供新的学科服务方式。阐述了建立学科馆员制度的必要性,对学科馆员的角色定位重新进行思考,以适应当前的环境变化。
Ten years ago, Library of Qinghua University took the lead in implementing discipline librarian system in China, and introduced advanced management system into China from abroad. With the fast development of intemet resource, the discipline service of university library has been facing great opportunities and challenges, and discipline librarian should make full use of new internet tools and authoritative quality library resource to provide new discipline service mode for readers. The paper introduced the necessity of establishing discipline librarian and analyzed its role orientation to adjust the current changes of environment
