摘要
以砌体墙片抗震性能试验研究为背景,针对抗震试验中剪切试验装置存在的问题,研制了一种适用于教学与科研试验的变空间Π型剪切试验装置。试验装置主要由转换梁、平剪梁、可调水平传力支架和可变平衡配重组成,具有试验空间可调、配重大小与位置可调、水平加载中心位置可调等突出设计特点,可满足长度达3.0 m,水平载能力达500 k N墙体类构件的平剪加载试验要求。应用实践表明,该装置安装拆卸方便,性能稳定,通过调整水平加载中心高度可一定程度降低或消除附加弯矩对试验结果的影响。
Based on the existing problems of experimental device for shearing in the course of the seismic experiments,a new Π-type variable space experimental device for shearing which is applicable to experimental teaching and research is developed. The device is mainly composed of transfer beam,parallel shearing beam,adjustable force transmission bracket and a variable balance weight. It has several advantages such as variable space,variable balance weight and position,adjustable horizontal loading center etc. The length of the applicable specimen for the device is 3. 0 m and the maximum carrying capacity of it is 500 k N. The practical application shows that the device is convenient for assembly and disassembly,is stable to perform and easy to minimize the effect of additional bending moment on the test results by adjusting the horizontal loading center. The device plays an exemplary role in scientific research and experiment teaching,the design method of it can provide reference for other colleges and universities to develop similar devices.
