摘要
介绍了一种基于MOSFET管的输出特性和转移特性,以MSP430F6638和FPGA为控制核心技术设计的恒流模式的直流电子负载装置。由24位A/D转换器采集电子负载的端电压和电流信号,经过微控制器处理后,输出栅极控制信号经D/A转换器和放大处理后驱动MOSFET栅极调节输出。采用闭环控制,利用PID算法调节,有利于对负载调节和精确控制。利用了多任务编程的思想,使得控制器中任务有条不紊地进行。此外,具有过压保护功能,具有一定的实用性。
In this paper,the author designed a constant mode current mode DC electronic load which uses MOSFET as power element and uses MSP430F6638 and FPGA as the control core based on the output characteristic and transfer properties of MOSFET. In order to drive MOSFET and adjust the output,the terminal voltage and current signal of DC electronic load are acquired by 24-bit A / D converter,and processed by the micro-controller,then output the grid control signal amplified,conversed and processed by D / A converter. The closed-loop control and PID algorithm is easy to make the control and adjustment of DC load. The method of multi-task programming is used to make the controller process orderly. Furthermore,the system has the function of over-voltage protection,and is with a certain practicality.
