摘要
按照传统专业划分实验室的格局具有重复建设、实验资源使用效益低下的问题。我中心以实验资源共享为出发点,通过打破传统格局,依据实验室功能进行重新划分,建立了以资源共享为核心的公用实验室格局,并建立了一套完善的配套运行管理机制,实现了全中心教学资源的统一调度、统一管理,显著提高了实验资源的使用效益。
The traditional style of laboratory classification has obvious drawbacks,such as redundant construction and low utilization efficiency. In order to share the teaching resources,biological experiment center of Nankai University broke the the traditional style by constructing the public laboratories and supporting operating mechanism which made unified administration of experimental resources come true. And the utilization officiency of expenmental resources are improved abviously.
