摘要
培养具有可持续发展的高级应用型工程技术人才是本校的办学特色,产学研合作教育是培养应用型人才,提高教育质量的重要途径。毕业设计是培养学生综合运用所学知识解决实际工程问题能力的重要教学环节。在分析产学研合作教育模式的基础上,结合"卓越计划"试点,针对目前本科毕业设计存在的问题,探讨依托产学研合作教育基地,从共同选题、共同指导、共同评价、基于网络的全过程管理等方面构建产学研合作毕业设计新模式,阐述该模式的选题方法、教授专家指导团队组建方法、合作指导方法及过程管理与评价方法。经3年的实践表明,产学研合作模式是提高工科机械类专业本科毕业设计质量的一条卓有成效的途径。
Cultivating high-level application-oriented engineering talents with sustainable development is the educational characteristics of our institute. The cooperation of industry, university and research (abbr. IUR) is one of the most important ways to train application-oriented talents and improve education qualities. Undergraduate design is an important teaching process to enhance students' abilities to solve practical engineering problems using professional knowledge. The paper analyzes the mode of IUR cooperation and points out the current unreasonable problems existing in undergraduate design work. Then the paper proposes a new one of it with joint project determining, joint guidance, joint evaluation and total process management via network by referring to the pilot with "Excellent Engineers Program". More details of project determination ways, professors and specialists instruction team building ways, guidance methods and process management and evaluation ways of the new mode are all discussed in the paper. Three years practical results show that IUR cooperation mode is a very fruitful way to improve the quality of mechanical engineering undergraduate design.
