基于Malmquist指数的高职院校实训基地建设绩效分析

Malmquist Index-based Analysis on Performance of Construction of Practical Training Base in Higher Vocational Colleges

实训基地建设是高等职业教育基础能力建设的重要组成部分,是培养高素质技能技术型人才的基本保障。以每个系为1个决策单元,采用Malmquist指数方法对2011∽2013年8个决策单元的校内实训基地建设效率进行了测算和分析。研究表明,8个决策单元的绩效水平总体趋势是不断提升的,但发展并不稳定;各决策单元的技术效率相对理想;各决策单元的全要素生产率发展的态势较好;各决策单元的进步主要动力来自于纯技术效率的良好改变。

As an important part in higher vocational education, training base construction is the basic guarantee to train high-quality skilled technical people. Taking every department as a decision-making unit, we analyze the performance of construction of 8 practical training bases in vocational colleges from 201l to 2013 with the Malmquist Index. The results show that the performance has a growing trend, however, the development is not stable, the technical efficiency of decision making units is ideal, each decision-making unit＇ s TFP is in a good development trend and each DMU progress is mainly driven by the good pure technical efficiency change.
