青少年运动员成就目标与多维体育道德取向的关系 被引量:6

Relationships between Achievement Goal Orientations and Multidimensional Sportsmanship Orientations among Young Athletes

摘要 采用《运动任务和自我取向量表》和《多维体育道德取向量表》,对青少年运动员成就目标与多维体育道德取向进行测量。结果显示:1高任务取向与高水平体育道德相关,而高自我取向与低水平体育道德相关。任务取向水平越高,运动员的体育道德水平越高,自我取向水平越高,运动员的体育道德水平越低。2不同复合目标取向类型运动员的多维体育道德取向存在显著性差异。高任务复合低自我目标取向与高水平的体育道德相关,低任务复合高自我目标取向与低水平的体育道德相关。 Young athletes were measured by Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire (TEOSQ) and Extended Multidimensional Sportsmanship Orientation Scale (EMSOS). The results show that (1) Task orientation was positively associated with higher sportsmanship level; ego orientation was related to lower sportsmanship levels. (2) Athletes with high task combined with low ego orientation reported the higher sportsmanship levels; athletes with low task combined with high ego orientation had the lower sportsmanship levels. The conclusion was drawn that high task combined with low ego orientation may be most beneficial for the development of sportsmanship while low task combined with high ego orientation may be the most detrimental motivational pattern for the development of sportsmanship.
