On the Practice and Reflection of Primary-level Library Construction

文章通过对我国基层图书馆发展现状的分析,从建设模式和网络布局等方面,论述了重点建设有中国特色的乡镇(街道)图书馆,是促进我国六级图书馆网络体系建设的捷径。

Through analyzing the current situation of the primary-level library development of our country, the author discusses that focusing on the construction of township （street） library with Chinese characteristic is a shortcut to promote the network system construction of library of six levels in our country from the aspects of construction mode and network layout and so on.
