With the transformation of library from traditional one to digital one, some paper document services are gradually marginalized, which makes the digital study center that provides access to digital document preferred. Therefore, it is of vital importance to strengthen the effective management of library self-study room, and is of effective ways of implementing organization management, environment management and feature management, especially the reasonable distribution of resources in study room.
