西部地区县域农家书屋可持续发展路径与制度设计研究——以汉中市南郑县为例

On the Sustainable Development Path and System Design of Farmer Book Stores in the Western Counties

在农家书屋建设大背景下,以汉中市南郑县为例,对西部地区县域农家书屋可持续发展路径与制度设计问题进行了探讨。主要发现:南郑县农家书屋客观面临基础条件、阅读环境、开放运行、管理机制和管理制度等发展障碍,推进南郑县农家书屋可持续发展的主要路径是加强县域公共文化服务体系建设、强化乡镇文化站地位、大力推进农家书屋管理创新,合力推进农家书屋发展模式改革。

Taking Nanzheng county of Hanzhong city for instance, the author explores the sustainable development path and system design of farmer book stores in the western counties, and points out that there are some difficulties in the basic condition, reading environment, open operation, and management mechanism and system of farmer book stores in Nanzheng county. The author proposes that the primary sustainable development path is to strengthen the eonstruction of county public cultural service system, emphasize the position of township cultural station, vigorously promote the management innovation of farmer book stores, and that jointly promote the development mode reform of farmer book stores.
