工业CT测量冻干人参孔隙率的试验研究

摘要 对市售吉林养殖人参进行冷冻干燥,采用工业CT进行扫描,调节合适参数,确定为:管电压60 k V、管电流180μA、曝光时间500 ms、拍摄张数360张。利用自带的图像处理软件对扫描的图像进行定量分析,最合适的放大倍数为800倍。并用软件分析模块计算,得到了孔隙率平均值为32.87%。结果表明,采用工业CT自带的图像处理软件操作方便,结果准确,有一定可行性。 The cultivation of ginsengs in Jilin buying from the market were prepared by freeze drying. Scanning by Industrial Computer Tomography(ICT) and adjusting the suitable parameters which were confirmed on:tube voltage 60 kV, tube current 180 μA, time of exposure 500 ms, Photo shots 360.Using image processing software of ICT to analyze photo, the most suitable magnification factor was 800. Through the calculation of software analytical module, the average value of porosity was 32.87 %.The result showed that calculating porosity of ginseng by ICT was simple, accurate, reliable and repeatable.
