浅谈编制河道采砂管理规划时砂石可开采量的计算方法 被引量:3

摘要 编制(修编)河道采砂管理规划,得出准确的砂石可开采量数据,是合理确定年度采砂控制总量的重要依据。砂石可开采量除与开采区范围、开采高程、河床形态有关外,还决定于河道演变、来水来砂、河床冲淤、泥沙补给、历时长短等因素,计算方法较为复杂,且尚缺乏通用的技术规范。基于对当前河道采砂管理规划编制(修编)成果的系统总结,将砂石可开采量分为静态可开采量和动态可开采量,引入开采区上游河床溯源冲刷量的概念,并考虑开采区上下游断面实测水流含沙量变化,提出了一种计算砂石可开采量的实用方法,对今后编制采砂管理规划具有一定的实用价值。 An accurate data of exploitable sand and gravel volume is an important basis for reasonably determining the annual amount of sand nlining in preparation (revision) of fiver sand mining management plan. Besides the minerable area, mining height and river morphology, which arc related to sand and gravel extraction volume, but also depended on the evolution of river channels, runoff and sedi- ment load, riverbed erosion and sedimentation, and other factors are related to the exploitable volume. Therefore, the calculation meth- od shouLd be more complicated. Based on the systematic summary of the previous planningachievements, the exploitable sand and gravel volume includes two parts, static and dynamic. In addition, the concept of headward erosion volume in the upstream riverbed of the mining area is introduced, and the changes in measured sediment concentrations in the upstream and downstream sections are considered. Thus, a practical method for calculating the exploitable volume of sand and gravel is proposed, which is helpful for working out the River Sand Mining Management Han in the future.
