摘要
随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市内涝问题日益突出。通过建立排涝水动力数学模型,模拟不同水面率条件下的荔枝湾涌流域排涝调蓄计算,分析水面率对排涝能力的影响,说明水面对减轻城市内涝的积极作用,并提出防涝对策和建议,为周边类似地区开发建设中城市水系的保护恢复和区域排涝减灾提供借鉴参考。
With the accelerating process of urbanization, urban waterlogging problems have become increasingly prominent. A hydrody- namic mathematical model was established for simulating the drainage and regulation processes at different water rate in the LycheeWan River Basin s, and analyzing the impact of the water rates on the drainage capacity. The results indicatethat the larger water areas play an active role in reducing urban waterlogging hazards. Based on the above conclusions, the countermeasures and suggestions are pro- posed, for providing references for protecting and restoring the water systems and preventing waterlogging hazards in similar cities.
