Study on the Function Orientation of the Public Open Areas in the Green Pearl River Basin

《绿色珠江建设近期任务分解方案》明确提出开展桂粤省界水文站、珠江水利大厦、里水实验基地3个绿色珠江公众开放区建设,各开放区所处地理位置、自身条件、职能职责各异,承担开发任务各不相同。结合开放区各自特点,分别提出了不同的功能定位,将对开放区的建设和实施提供借鉴。

Short -Term Assignment Scheme for building the Green Pearl River 〉 put forward to establishing three open areas, which are respectively located in the interprovincial hydrologic stations between Guangxi and Guangdong, the Pearl River Water Resources building, and the Lishui Experimental Base. Their individual locations, conditions, functions responsibilities are different. They also share different assignments. The paper intends to propose their individual function orientation, being for references when construting and utilizing them.
