蔗糖铁注射液不同给药频次治疗缺铁性贫血临床研究

A Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Different Uses of Iron Sucrose Injection in Treatment of Iron Deficiency Anemia

目的比较蔗糖铁注射液不同给药频次治疗缺铁性贫血患者的临床疗效。方法选取450例住院缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者,随机分为2组,其中Ⅰ组220例,静脉滴注蔗糖铁注射液,100mg/次,1次/d;Ⅱ组230例,静脉滴注蔗糖铁注射液,100mg/次,隔天1次,比较治疗前后患者血红蛋白(Hb)、网织红细胞(Ret)、红细胞压积(HCT)等的变化,观察两组疗效、住院时间及不良反应发生率。结果治疗1周后,Ⅰ组总有效率明显高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),治疗2周后两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后Hb、HCT、Ret明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后1周组间比较,Ⅰ组Hb、HCT、Ret上升程度明显高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),治疗后2周两组Hb、HCT、Ret上升程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅰ组平均住院时间明显低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蔗糖铁注射液每次静脉给药100mg,1次/d治疗IDA安全性高,明显缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,是住院IDA患者比较可取及安全的治疗方案。

Objective To compare the cIinicaI effect of iron deficiency anemia with sucrose iron injection with different frequency of drug use.Methods SeIect 450 cases of hospitaIized patients with iron deficiency anemia （ IDA）,randomIy divided into 2 groups,incIuding Ⅰ group 220 ex-ampIes,sucrose iron injection intravenous drip,100 mg/times,one times/d;Ⅱgroup 230 exam-pIes,sucrose iron injection intravenous drip,100 mg/times,every other day one times,before and after treatment were compared hemogIobin （Hb）,reticuIocyte （Ret）,red bIood ceIIs de-posited （ HCT） ,and other changes,to observe the curative effect of the two groups, Iength of hospitaI stay and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results 1 week after treatment,the totaI ef-fective Ⅰgroup was obviousIy higher than that of Ⅱ group （P〈0.05）,after 2 weeks of treat-ment two group totaI effective rate,there was no statisticaIIy significant difference （ P〉0.05）;Compared with before treatment,Hb,HCT,Ret increased obviousIy after treatment （ P〈0.05）;1 week after treatment compared between groups,Hb,Hct and Ret rising degree in groupⅠwas significantIy higher than those in groupⅡ（ P〈0.05） ,after 2 weeks of treatmen,two groups of Hb,HCT,Ret rising degree of comparison, there was no statisticaIIy significant difference （ P〉0.05）;Ⅰgroup set the average Iength of hospitaI stay was Iower than that in group Ⅱ （ P〈0.05）;The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statisticaIIy significant （ P〉0.05）.Conclusion Sucrose iron injection intravenousIy administered 100 mg each time,1 times /d in the treatment of IDA for its high security,significantIy shorten the Iength of hospitaI stay and reduce the cost of hospitaIization,is a reIativeIy desirabIe and safe treatment pIan for hospi-taIized patients with IDA.
