在职护理人员情境实践能力自评调查

Survey of Self-Assessment of Situational Practice Ability of Nursing Staff on the Job

目的了解在职护理人员情境实践能力的现状,以制定和完善指导护理人员培训计划。方法采用分层便利抽样法,抽取湖南省8所医院246名在职护理人员进行问卷调查,对情境实践能力发展及影响情境实践能力的因素进行调查。结果在职护理人员情境实践能力自评总分(80.0±15.0)分,属良好水平,其中决策计划得分较高,监控评价得分最低。不同工龄对分析判断、决策计划、执行实施能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对监控评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同学历对决策计划、执行实施、监控评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对分析判断能力没有显著性影响(P>0.05);不同职务、人事关系和职业选择的在职护理人员情境实践能力均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论在职护理人员情境实践能力总体属于良好水平,但受到工龄、学历,职务、人事关系和职业选择等诸多因素影响,发展不均衡,有待进一步提高。建议医院从影响在职护理人员情境实践能力的因素着手,创设多层次、多方式培训条件,提高其情境实践能力。

Objective To investigate the situation of situationaI practice abiIity of nursing staff on the job.Methods Questionnaires were conducted on 246 nursing staff on the job within eight hospitaIs in Hunan Province by using the stratified convenience sampIing to investigate the de-veIopment of and factors infIuencing the situationaI practicaI abiIity.Results SeIf-assessment of situationaI practice abiIity of nursing staff on the job scored （80.04±15.03）.Working age has an impact on anaIysis and judgment,decision-making capacity to pIan （P〈0.01）,execute impIe-mentation （ P〉0.05）;educationaI background infIuences decisions to pIan,execute impIementa-tion（P〈0.01）,monitor evaIuation capacity（P〉0.05）;working position,personneI reIations and career orientation affect aII eIements of situationaI practice abiIity.The higher in working posi-tion,the higher the scores in the situationaI practice abiIity.The arranging senior nurses and the nurses who activeIy chose the nursing profession showed higher abiIity of situationaI practice （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion Nursing staff need to improve situationaI practice abiIity;Working age,ed-ucationaI background, working position, personneI reIations and careers orientation are the in-trinsic factors that infIuence the abiIity of situationaIp ractice.
