摘要
通过对小鼠组织及体液的体外试验,研究不同体系中玉米花粉粗多糖及级分的体外抗氧化活性,并进行比较。结果表明,玉米花粉粗多糖及级分可抑制小鼠肝组织的脂质过氧化,对Fe2+和H2O2诱导的肝组织过氧化物损伤具有保护作用,能减轻线粒体肿胀和减少红细胞溶血的发生,且其效果具有随用量的增加呈递增趋势。经比较,玉米花粉粗多糖在以上作用中显示出比其它玉米花粉多糖级分更好的效果。
Through the vitro tests to the organization and body fluids of mice , the vitro antioxidant activity of different systems of corn pollen polysaccharide and fractions had been researched. The results showed that CPP and fractions could restrain the mouse liver tissue lipid peroxidation , and protect the liver tissue peroxide which was damaged by Fe2+and H2O2. It also could reduce mitochondria swelling. And those effects were increased with the increase of dosage of degrees. By comparison , corn pollen polysaccharide in the above role showed better results than other fractions from corn pollen polysaccharide.
