河北省湿地生态系统服务功能价值评价

Ecosystem Services Evaluation of Wetlands in Hebei Province

以2012年为基准年,将河北省湿地生态系统服务功能划分为调节服务、提供产品服务、支持服务及文化服务四大类,估算、评价了湿地生态系统所提供的15类生态系统服务。结果表明,河北湿地生态系统服务的总价值为5 115.95×108元,单位面积的湿地生态系统提供的生态系统服务功能价值为54.32×104元/hm2,高于单位面积的GDP产值(14.1×104元/hm2)。文章就评价结果以及评价方法的合理性进行了讨论,提出货币化评价的观点。

Taking 2012 as reference year, the wetland ecosystem services of Hebei Province have been divided into four categories： regulating, provisioning, cultural and supporting services. 15 types of wet- land ecosystem services in Hebei province also have been assessed and evaluated. The value of wetland ecosystem services was 5115.95 ×10^8 yuan, the total wetland benefits of per hectare was 47.05 ×10^4 Yuan which higher than GDP value of per hectare （ 14. 1 × 10^4 Yuan）. The paper discussed the rationality of evaluation result and evaluation methods, and put forward viewpoint of monetization evaluation.
