新形势下高职院校提高发展党员质量探讨

Improve the Developing Party Member Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

发展党员工作是党的队伍建设中的一项长期性工作。作为实施主体之一的高职院校,在工作过程中存在入口把关不严、程序操作不规范、纪律执行不严明等问题,严重影响发展党员质量。新形势下,高职院校应从坚持政治标准、严格发展程序和严肃发展纪律三方入手,加大发展党员工作力度,从而有效提高发展党员质量。

Developing Party members is a long-term work in the Party＇s team construction. As one of the main bodies, higher vocational colleges have some problems such as loose entrance control, non-standardized procedure, and non-strict discipline execution, which seriously affect Party members＇ quality. Under the new situation, higher vocational colleges should improve the quality of developing Party members from three aspects： adhere to strict political standards, strict development procedure and development disciphne.
