摘要
审视当前学校文化建设研究与实践,虽呈现"繁荣"景象,但仍有一些基本问题不得不引人深思。一是"学校文化"界定问题,须辨明"学校文化"与"校园文化"的实质区别,阐明学校文化的本质所指;二是"学校文化资源"的定位问题,须正确认知学校文化资源特质;三是学校文化价值问题,须把握学校文化价值的根本在于育人;四是当前学校文化缺失问题,审视现代学校文化,其最大缺失即是逐渐脱离了"教育本质";五是学校文化建设的逻辑问题,须明确学生与教师的共生发展既是逻辑起点也是逻辑归宿,学校文化问题与学校文化历史是学校文化建设的基础,学校文化建设主体是学校主体而非其他。
Although the research and practice of the construction of school culture is "prosperity", there are still some basic issues to be thought-provoking. The first is about the definition of "school culture", we must discern substantial differences between "school culture" and "campus culture", and clarify the nature of school culture; The second issue is the positioning of school cultural resources, we must be correct in the school cultural resources characteristic; Third, something about the problem of school culture value, we should grasp the fundamental value of school culture, which is to educate people; Fourth, it is about the problem of current school culture, the biggest flaw of modern school culture is out of "the nature of Education". Fifth, we should pay attention to the logic of school culture, we need to clear the development of the students and teachers are not only the logical starting point but also the logical destination. School culture and school culture history are the foundation of school culture construction, school culture construction is the main body of the school and not the other.
