摘要
智能辊闸系统在环境温度过高时,出现故障和无法使用情况。给出一种新解决方法,在传统的辊闸设备加入分段式模糊PI温控系统。通过采集电磁阀线圈温度,计算误差,选择调节方式。改变帕尔贴制冷片驱动电流,实现温控调节,并通过500次~6 000次实验测试,记录故障出现次数,从而验证此方法的优越性。
In the use of the roller brake in a high temperature environment,the intelligent roller brake system will appear many malfunctions. A new solution is proposed. A sectional Fuzzy PI temperature control system is added into the traditional turnstile. We collected many volues of solenoid coil temperature,and calculated to find an adjusting way which drives stick refrigerated piece to let the temperature lower down. After from making statistics of 500 times ~ 6 000 times of experiments,recording fault occurrences and analysing them deeply,we achieved better results in practical applications.
