摘要
提出了一套满足实际需求,高效可靠的电力配电网可靠性管理系统,该系统可以帮助高校有条不紊的处理各种电力配电网故障事件。该系统具有自学习功能,在不断的故障事件中逐渐的自我完善来最大的满足各种配电网的需要。
The paper proposed a set of electric reliability management system for the distribution network, which meet the practical requirement efficiently. The system help to dispose the failures in distribution network and had the ability of self-learning, which improved itself through continuous failures and meet the requirement in distribution network.
