摘要
研究了高定向热解石墨电解进行有效分散后,和配方水一起加入到铅炭电池负极活性物质中,并对其容量、电位分布和析氢电位进行了研究。发现使用该方法炭材料可在活性物质中均匀分散,特别是在使用氯化亚砜熏蒸后,电极的析氢速率小,自放电程度低。
The electrolyzed carbon from highly oriented pyrolytic graphite was well diversified in the water, and then was added into the negative active materials of lead-carbon batteries together with water. The capacity, potential distribution and potential of hydrogen evolution of the negative active materials were studied. The experiments showed that the carbon was uniformly and effectively distributed in the negative active materials. In particular the rate of hydrogen gassing and the degree of self-discharge became lower after the carbon was fumigated with SOCl2.
