A Comparative Study of Expenditure for General Public Service among the Nine Provinces in the Pan-Pearl River Area

政府行政管理成本反映政府行政效率和管理水平,泛珠九省区作为我国重要区域之一,其部分省份更是"21世纪海上丝绸之路的重点规划区域"。分析泛珠九省区的行政管理成本现状,探索影响行政管理成本的相关因素和控制措施,促进该区域行政管理水平提高,以期泛珠九省区更好响应国家发展战略。

Administrative cost reflects government administrative efficiency and management level. Pan- PRD provinces and regions is one of the most important areas in our country and some provinces in this area are designed as the key development regions of ＂the 21st Century Maritime Silk Route＂. It is of great signifi- cance to analyze the conditions of administrative cost, explore the relative factors influencing the administra- tive cost of the nine provinces in pan-pearl river area and find out the measures to control the administrative cost , in order to promote the improvement of the regional administration and enable the nine provinces in pan- pearl river area to respond to the national development strategy better.
